Women Marines--truly the few, truly the proud. They serve all over the world, from MCRD to the Pentagon, to The Sandbox. As tough as any of their fellow Marines, as dedicated, as faithful to the Corps and their country.

Remember and honor especially Cpl. Ramona M. Valdez and Lance Cpl. Holly A. Charette, the first Women Marines killed in Iraq (2005) and Major Megan McClung, the first female Marine officer killed in Iraq (2006).
